About the Location
Domain Château Frandeux (near Rochefort)
The residence is divided into 3 parts (Château, Ecurie and Boulangerie), our group enjoying complete exclusivity in the Château part with all the luxury and comfort.
The spacious living-room has a stunning view of the private lake, the dining room has access to the terrace overlooking the valley of the Vachau. The beautiful terrace at the private lake is only accessible to our guests.
The rooms are decorated in various categories, from plain and simple to comfortable and luxurious.
The site is surrounded by beautiful 25 hectares of forest bordering a much larger quiet area. The lake adds absolute idyllic value to this beautifully located property.

Yoga Styles
Starting the day with an accessible yet energetic Vinyasa Flow session, ending the day with a soothing Yin Yoga practice (Myo Yin Yoga/Yin Yoga Nidra).
All yoga practices are taught from a functional approach, offering different options to empower each participant to unwind and to come home in the sacredness of their body, mind and breath. The flows are creatively built up progressively to add variety to your practice. They are designed to reset, to reconnect and to refresh your yoga practice.
Pranayama sessions and meditations make part of the daily schedule.
Cooking Workshops
Our cooking workshop is designed to inspire creativity and connection through healthy, colorful food.
- Dessert group: Together with my assistant, you will prepare raw cakes and cocoa delights for Sunday night’s dessert. This part of the workshop is all about fun, creativity, and connecting with each other while experimenting with plant‑based ingredients. Expect vibrant flavors made without processed sugars, using cacao, fruits, gluten‑free and non‑processed ingredients.
- Kitchen group (early evening): Later in the day, you will join chef Sandy in the kitchen to cook together and help prepare dishes for the evening dinner service. This is the perfect moment to ask questions, learn new techniques, and enjoy the fun of cooking side by side with a professional chef.
The workshops are divided into smaller groups, each working on a recipe. It’s a time to let creativity flow, share knowledge, and enjoy the joy of cooking together.
Please note: there is no alternative activity scheduled during the workshop. If you are not participating, take the opportunity to simply relax — enjoy the sauna, a swim in the lake, a little hike around the lake, or simply do nothing and give yourself extra time to just be.

Sound Bath by Wild Flow Voyages Sonores
The musicians of wildflow.voyages.sonores are absolutely amazing! They take you on an inner journey and around the world using vibratory instruments like gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, voice....
It is suggested that there are many benefits to sound baths, such as calming the mind, relieving pain, tensions, and stress, helping you to totally relax and preparing you for better sleep. Each sound bath is unique and like “a concert for the soul”. This session on Saturday will help you to tap into your deepest restorative capacities of your body & mind.


Organic & Healthy Food
Vegetarian meals* are carefully prepared by our chef Sandy’s Kitchen. After an inspiring and energetic yoga class, a vegetarian buffet brunch will be served. The ingredients are fresh, natural, and organic, carefully chosen to add variety and color to your plate. Sandy creates delicious, original dishes that are easily digestible (gluten-free as much as possible) and healthy (no processed sugars).
Special attention is given to food intolerances and allergies, so that everyone can enjoy the meals safely. Expect an abundant array of nourishing delights!
A homemade healthy snack at 3pm will satisfy you until the next yoga session. In the evening, all taste buds will be pampered with a buffet-style dinner and dessert. Coffee, tea, herbal tea, water, fresh fruit, and nuts are available at all times.
Our retreats focus on the rebalancing of mind, body, and soul. In line with this wellness approach, this retreat is alcohol-free, encouraging you to expand your awareness and hit the reset button for your well-being.
*All meals can be adapted to vegan on request, and any allergies or intolerances are carefully accommodated.

Please note that this is a self-catering place, meaning there is no hotel service on site.
Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of €200 is required at the time of your reservation to secure your spot. The deposit cannot be transferred to another person if you cancel.
For this reason, travel insurance with a cancellation policy is strongly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start date of the retreat.
The Early Bird rate is only available if booked and paid by the specified date for each retreat:

Please note that Early Bird tickets are limited and subject to availability. If all Early Bird tickets are sold out before the deadline, the regular rate will apply. Payment plans are available upon request.
Cancellation Policy:

More than 60 days before the retreat starts: 100% refund of the remaining balance is possible (excluding the deposit of €200).

Between 30 and 60 days before the retreat starts: 50% refund of the remaining balance is possible (excluding the deposit of €200).

Less than 30 days before the retreat starts: no refund is possible. The remaining balance can be transferred to another participant at no extra cost, provided you find a replacement prior to the start of the retreat. The person who cancelled is responsible for arranging the replacement.

During the retreat: there will be no refunds for any classes, meals, or other inclusions missed, unless otherwise agreed with the Retreat Holder prior to booking.

Travel insurance: It is highly recommended to have a valid travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Coming from Brussels, it takes about 1h35 min drive.
A carpool can be organized with the other participants.
By Public Transport
Train: from Brussels and Liège every hour a train stops in Jemelle.
Busses are leaving from the station in Jemelle direction Frandeux. They stop close to the Château. For exact times, go to www.infotec.be. The station is 15min away from the venue.
Carpooling will be organized with the group.
