About the Location

Domain Château Frandeux (near Rochefort)

The spacious living room overlooks the lake, and the dining room opens onto a terrace with sweeping views of the Vachau valley.

 

The terrace and private lake offer space to unwind, slip into the water for a refreshing swim after the sauna.

 

Yoga practices take place in the luminous yoga shala.

 

Rooms range from simple and comfortable to luxurious.

 

The domain spans 25 hectares of forest, bordering an even larger tranquil area, with the lake adding idyllic charm to this peaceful retreat setting.

Activities

Start your day with an energizing Vinyasa Flow and end it with soothing Yin practices such as Myo Yin or Yin Yoga Nidra. Each session offers functional variations that help you unwind, reconnect, and move with ease, supported by pranayama and meditation.

Learn from a professional chef to cook ... The dessert group prepares raw cakes and cacao treats, while the kitchen group cooks alongside chef Sandy to create the evening meal and learn new techniques.

On Saturday, wildflow.voyages.sonores offers a deeply immersive sound bath with gongs, bowls, chimes, drums, and voice — a calming “concert for the soul” that eases tension and invites deep rest and renewal.

Organic & Healthy Food

Twice a day, you’ll enjoy a colorful vegetarian buffet made with natural, organic ingredients — mostly gluten‑free and free from processed sugars. A homemade healthy snack is served in the afternoon, with coffee, tea, herbal infusions, fruit, and nuts available throughout the day.


Meals can be adapted to vegan, and allergies are carefully accommodated. The retreat is alcohol‑free to support balance, clarity, and overall wellbeing.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 60 days before the retreat starts: 100% refund of the remaining balance is possible (excluding the deposit of €200).

  • Between 30 and 60 days before the retreat starts: 50% refund of the remaining balance is possible (excluding the deposit of €200).

  • Less than 30 days before the retreat starts: no refund is possible. The remaining balance can be transferred to another participant at no extra cost, provided you find a replacement prior to the start of the retreat. The person who cancelled is responsible for arranging the replacement.

  • During the retreat: there will be no refunds for any classes, meals, or other inclusions missed, unless otherwise agreed with the Retreat Holder prior to booking.

  • Travel insurance: It is highly recommended to have a valid travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

By Car

Coming from Brussels, it takes about 1h35 min drive.

A carpool can be organized with the other participants.

By Public Transport

Train: from Brussels and Liège every hour a train stops in Jemelle.

Busses are leaving from the station in Jemelle direction Frandeux. They stop close to the Château. For exact times, go to www.infotec.be. The station is 15min away from the venue.

Carpooling will be organized with the group.
