About the Event
Join us for a blissful mental and body recharge filled with yoga, yogic breathwork, kriya, meditation, hiking tour and healthy colorful delicious foods in just one day!
The Zome is a little jewel that has emerged from the ground in Blicquy, located in south-west Belgium in the province of Hainaut. With its 6.70 meter-high all-glass star ceiling and its ‘roundness’, it's an ideal space for those moments that call for creativity, a return to oneself, a return to the Sacred.
Starting the day with an accessible yet energetic Vinyasa Flow session, ending the day with a relaxing Yin Yoga Nidra practice.
