About the Event
Join us for a fall equinox workshop for finding balance while honoring the seasonal shift.
The late summer carries an energy of abundance while in fall landscapes silently expose their vibrant colors of red, yellow, and orange. Nature is pulling back, trees and plants are getting dry, the leaves drop off the trees. These expressions in nature mark the slow descent into winter.
In this workshop we plug into the qualities of autumn by connecting with spiritual and self-care practices. The soothing yoga postures will help you to ground and center, the pranayama breath work exercises will give you opportunity to pause into stillness, the meditation will bring you to a safe and peaceful place.
After the practice you receive nutritional tips inspired by the 5 elements theory of Chinese medicine. This workshop offers a whole range of self-care tools to kick start autumn full of energy. Good for body, mind & soul.
What can you expect of this workshop? A full-on experience filled with a grounded & balanced yoga practice, breathwork, ritual, mudra, meditation, freshly made vegan treats to nourish your body & soul.
