About the Event
This 75 min class offers a wide range of postures combined with pranayama to contribute towards inner space and peaceful mind. Expect a playful and functional approach with grounding, soothing and energizing flows to create more strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility.
All classes include pranayama, mudra, meditation and inspirational insights to strengthen your physical and spiritual practice.
Classes are suitable for all levels, but a prior knowledge of the basics is appropriate (different options are presented).
- Prices: Trial = 9€, Drop in = 18€, 5-pass card valid for 2 months = 66€, 10-pass card = 122€ valid for 3 months.
