About the Event

Learn mindfully about the mind-body connection while bringing the focus internally with the breath.

Expect a wide variety of postures in a playful style, from calming, soothing to energizing and dynamic flows where you move on the pulsations of the heart beats. 

All classes also include pranayama, mudra magic, meditation and inspirational insights to strengthen your physical and spiritual practice.

Classes are suitable for all levels, but a prior knowledge of the basics is appropriate (different options are presented).

Please carefully read the instructions before coming to the class:

- This is not a standard yoga studio, but a private rented venue

- Changing corner is available

- Online Registration for each class is mandatory because of the limited participants per class (small & cozy groups)

- Prices: Trial = 6€, Drop in = 13,5€, 5-pass card valid for 2 months = 60€, 10-pass card = 111€ valid for 3 months

- Payment with registration or cash on the spot

- Yoga Mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, eye pillows are on the spot

- Herbal tea and positive vibes

    Drop in class = 60 minutes Gentle Flow Yoga

  • Yoga 5-pass card

    Enjoy a discount and pay 12€ per class instead of 13,50€. This pass is valid for 2 months starting the first attended class.

  • Yoga 10-pass card

    Enjoy a discount and pay less if you practice regularly. This 10-pass card gives you access to 10 classes of your choice and is valid for 3 months starting from the first attended class.

  • Trial Ticket

    This trial ticket is only available for people who never practiced with Twists & Beans before. It can only be booked once per class and per person.

  • I have a 5 or 10-pass card

    Select this option when you have purchased previously a 5 or 10-Pass card. Registration is obligatory in every case for each class.

  • I pay CASH only

    This class registration offers you the possibility to pay cash on the spot: 6€ trial, 13,5€ drop in, 60€ for a 5-pass card, 111€ for a 10-pass card.
