About the Event
September is back on the mat! Maybe your yoga practice has fallen by the wayside during holidays, getting back on your mat brings you back into routine to practice regularly.
This weekly 90 min class offers a wide range of postures combined with pranayama to contribute towards inner space and peaceful mind. Expect a playful and functional approach with grounding, soothing and energizing flows to create more strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility.
All classes include pranayama, mudra, meditation and inspirational insights to strengthen your physical and spiritual practice.
These classes are not recommended for complete beginners in yoga as this style is a physically powerful practice with continues movements coordinated with the breath. A prior knowledge of the basics is appropriate (different options are presented).
