The Tuesday’s gentle flows are designed to connect deeply with your body and your inner potential so you can walk with confidence the path to health and happiness.
Expect gentle grounding flows, stretching postures, pranayama, kriya, meditation, relaxation… infused with positive insights and inspirations to give you access to a positive and powerful journey.
Please carefully read the instructions before coming to the class:
- This is not a standard yoga studio, but a private venue
- Changing corner is available
- Online Registration for each class is mandatory because of the limited participants per class (max 15)
