About the Event
The Tuesday’s gentle flows are designed to relax the body in a way to discover the richness beyond the physical postures. Gentle Vinyasa flows, breathwork, kriya, meditation and guided positive vibes will give you access to a positive and powerful journey.
Before grabbing your mat, please read carefully the instructions before coming to the class.
- This is not a regular yoga studio, but a private venue
- Registration of each class is mandatory because of the limited participants per class.
- Drop in per class = 12€ pp, 10 pass card 100€ (instead of 120€), Trial 6€
- No Cash
- Keep your distance of 1.5m from other people
- Mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps are on the spot, but you can bring your own if you have
- Herbal tea and positive vibes

Classes are suitable for all levels, but a prior knowledge of the basics is appropriate (different options are presented).
