About the Event
Functional Vinyasa Yoga blends traditional practices and breath-to-movement flows with modern biomechanics to build strength, active mobility, and mindful alignment. Beyond the physical, it is a practice of inner transformation that uses movement, breathwork, and meditation to quiet the mind and turn your awareness inward. In my classes, these elements come together in creative, playful flows that support both body and mind, helping you connect more deeply to yourself.
Please carefully read the instructions before coming to the class:
- This is not a standard yoga studio, but a private venue
- Online Registration for each class is mandatory because of the limited participants per class (max 15)
- Prices: First session for Forestois = FREE, Trial = 12€, Drop in = 20€, 5 pass card = 80€, 10-pass card 150€, all valid for 6 months
- 6-month registration available for all classes: 490€
