HI THERE, MY NAME IS SABINE

Twists & Beans is all about nourishing the body, mind and soul. Twists stand for the twisting yoga poses with their known rejuvenating effects on the body and mind, while Beans represent the focus on plant-based food.

After starting my yoga journey with prenatal yoga, I discovered a whole array of other yoga disciplines and also fell in love with healthy foods.

YOGA

My classes are infused with many different yoga styles with a holistic approach on a healthy lifestyle. For me, a spiritual connection between body, mind and soul are key, which is why I also take great inspiration from Chinese medicine, shamanism to tantra philosophy. 


By exploring many different layers within our body, the yoga practices help to release tension, to increase energy level and to feel more life joy. I mainly teach Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

FOOD

Yoga and plant-based food are my true passion pillars of twistS&Beans. Yoga connects with the true essence of life while healthy plant-based food nourishes the body. They are interconnected and inextricably linked to one and another.

REIKI

Reiki is a complementary hands-on-body healing practice for yoga by redirecting vital energy in the body.

 

Certified in Reiki II, I offer private sessions to improve the flow of energy for more balance, strength and a better health.
